SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

For the moment, we ship to Quebec and Canada only. Consult the table below for rates.

We offer free shipping with purchases of $200 or more (before taxes).

The processing time for your order at our workshop is 1-4 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times (regular) vary between 3 to 10 working days. This time may vary depending on your delivery address. If this period should be extended for any other reason, we will contact you.

If you order a pre-order item as well as an in-stock item, everything will be sent once the pre-order item is ready.

Mle. PETROUCHKA cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control. We will do everything we can to ensure delivery goes smoothly. Be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order and making payment. We are not responsible for orders that are not received due to the incorrect recipient address provided by you.

Stocks

It is possible for a product to become out of stock while we are processing your order. In this case, we will notify you by email in order to proceed with the refund or exchange of the article concerned.

- Pre-order

For all orders containing one or more pre-order items, the processing time can be a maximum of 30 working days. This deadline is in fact the production time of the item(s) ordered. If the delay should be extended for any other reason, we will contact you. Also feel free to contact us directly at : info@mllepetrouchka.com for more information or if you have any issues regarding production times for your pre-order item.

Your complete order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are ready.

- Sale

Items purchased on SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Samples

The size, color, material and any other element may vary from one sample to another, you are responsible for reading the description carefully. Items labeled as SAMPLE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Descriptions

Mllepetrouchka.com has taken great care to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on its website. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the products you receive will have the colors displayed by your monitor..

Mllepetrouchka.com takes great care to be as specific as possible about goods and services, including product descriptions and product images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content appearing on our website is accurate or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, please notify info@mllepetrouchka.com

Returns

We accept returns for exchange or refund of merchandise within 7 days. Please note that in some cases we reserve the right to refuse a refund*. Also, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased from Mlle.Petouchka resellers must be returned and/or exchanged with the same reseller. Please contact the store where you purchased your items directly for any exchange and/or return request.

In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us beforehand by email at info@mllepetrouchka.com and inform us of your name, invoice number and the reason for your return. We will give you the instructions to proceed with the return. Items purchased on SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

The exchange and/or refund will be sent to you within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your return.

Our credit notes are only valid on the website mllepetrouchka.com.

 

*Only items returned in their original condition (unworn, unstained, undamaged, odorless and with their original tag intact) are eligible for a return. We reserve all rights not to accept a return if it does not meet the above requirements. The item may not be fully refunded or returned to you at your expenses.

We take care to carefully inspect all items before sending them to our customers. If the goods proves to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can inform you of the return and/or exchange procedure. The same applies if your order contains an error on our part (sent the wrong style, wrong color, size, etc.).
